Terms of Service

1. Agreement

These Terms of Service (the "Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("you" or the "user") and VPN Gratis Limited, a company registered in England and Wales ("we", "us", or "VPN Gratis"), governing your access to and use of the Free VPN Gratis mobile application (the "App") and any related services (collectively, the "Service").

By downloading, installing, or using the App, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not download or use the App.

2. The Service

Free VPN Gratis is a Virtual Private Network ("VPN") application designed to help users protect their privacy on public and untrusted networks by routing traffic through an encrypted tunnel to a server operated by us or our infrastructure partners. The App uses Apple's NEVPNManager framework to establish VPN configurations on your device.

The Service is provided on an "as available" basis and may change over time as we improve, expand, or retire features.

3. Your Account

The core features of the App can be used without creating an account. Subscriptions and purchases are linked to your Apple ID and managed through the App Store.

4. Subscriptions & Pricing

The App is free to download and offers a free tier supported by advertising (served through Google AdMob). The App also offers optional auto-renewing subscriptions ("Premium") that unlock additional features. Pricing is shown below in U.S. Dollars; prices in your local currency may differ and are displayed inside the App at the time of purchase. Local taxes may apply.

4.2 Free vs. Premium

The free tier provides an encrypted VPN tunnel using AES-256, a selection of free server locations, and one-tap connect — all supported by advertising. A Premium subscription removes advertising and unlocks the additional content and services described in the table above for the entire active subscription period.

The exact title, length, price, and content/services of each subscription option are also disclosed inside the App and on the App Store product page before you confirm any purchase.

5. Auto-Renewal Terms

Subscriptions are billed through your Apple ID and are subject to the following standard auto-renewal disclosures required by Apple:

• Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
• Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the price of the chosen plan.
• You can manage your subscriptions and turn off auto-renewal at any time by going to your Account Settings (Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions on your iPhone or iPad) after purchase.
• No cancellation of the current subscription is permitted during the active subscription period.
• Any unused portion of a free trial period (if offered) will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription, where applicable.

6. Refunds

All purchases of subscriptions and in-app items are made through Apple. Refund requests must be submitted to Apple. You can request a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com, subject to Apple's then-current refund policy. Except where required by applicable mandatory law, VPN Gratis Limited cannot issue refunds for App Store purchases.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws, including the laws of the country in which you reside or from which you access the Service. You are solely responsible for ensuring that the use of a VPN is permitted in your jurisdiction. Free VPN Gratis is intended for personal privacy and security, including the protection of personal data on public or untrusted networks. You agree not to use the Service to:

• Engage in activity that is unlawful, fraudulent, harmful, or harassing;
• Distribute malware, viruses, or any other malicious code;
• Attempt to disrupt, damage, or gain unauthorised access to the Service, our servers, or other users' devices;
• Infringe the intellectual property rights, privacy, or other rights of any third party (including the unauthorised distribution of copyrighted material);
• Conduct denial-of-service attacks, port scanning, spam distribution, or other abusive network activity;
• Circumvent any access controls, content protection, parental controls, or security measures imposed by your device, operating system, or any third-party service;
• Use the Service in any way that violates the App Store Terms, the Apple Standard EULA, or any local law.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Service for users who violate these rules or whose activity threatens the integrity, performance, or security of our infrastructure.

8. Intellectual Property

The App, including its source code, design, text, graphics, logos, and the "Free VPN Gratis" name and trademarks, is owned by VPN Gratis Limited or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the App for your own personal, non-commercial use on Apple-branded devices that you own or control.

9. Third-Party Services

The App incorporates services provided by third parties, including:

• Google AdMob — to display advertising in the free version of the App.
• Google Firebase — for crash reporting and basic analytics that help us monitor stability.
• Apple StoreKit / App Store — to process subscriptions and in-app purchases.

Use of these services is subject to the providers' own terms and privacy notices. See our Privacy Policy for details on what data each provider may receive.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure against every threat, or available in every jurisdiction. We do not guarantee any specific outcome regarding anonymity, the prevention of all forms of tracking, or access to specific websites or services.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, VPN Gratis Limited and its directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunities, arising out of or relating to your use of (or inability to use) the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. In any event, our total aggregate liability arising from or related to these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us for the Service in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) USD 25.00. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

12. Termination

You may stop using the App at any time and delete it from your device. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time if you violate these Terms or if we are required to do so by law. Termination does not entitle you to a refund of any prepaid amounts, except as required by applicable law or Apple's policies.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in the Service or applicable law. The updated Terms will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Material changes will, where reasonable, be highlighted in the App or via in-product notice. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

14. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. The courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, except that consumers may also bring claims in the courts of their country of habitual residence where applicable mandatory consumer protection law so provides.
